How to make frozen dessert
To make the cold dessert, we will need: grated coconut, coconut milk, condensed milk, cream, cornstarch and margarine. We will put all the ingredients in a pan and cook over low heat, until it becomes thick and creamy. We will pour this mixture into a glass dish, sprinkle coconut flakes and refrigerate for 2 hours. After this time, we will remove the dessert from the refrigerator, serve and enjoy your incredible cold dessert!
Cold dessert recipe ingredients
- 50g of grated coconut
- 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
- 1 spoon (soup) margarine
- flaked coconut for decoration (to taste)
- 1 box of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 can of cream
Preparation
- Mix the condensed milk and cornstarch in a pan until it dissolves well.
