We will place the cassava starch in a bowl and blanch it with the mixture made over the fire. Let's stir to incorporate and wait for it to cool. Let's add the eggs and mix very well using our hands to make them uniform. The dough will be sticky, but let's wash our hands and it won't stick anymore. - 150 ml filtered water
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- ½ kg of sour or sweet cassava starch
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 150 ml of whole milk
Preparation
- Put the water, milk, oil and salt in a pan. Place over medium heat until it boils.
