Let's start by denying a rumor that goes around: pasta can be part of a healthy routine, yes! After all, 100g of pasta has the same amount of carbohydrates as a single banana.
Now that everything is clear, let's get to what matters. It's Pasta Day! The date was invented by the Italians, of course, but now comes another curiosity: did you know that pasta may have been invented in China? And there are those who even say that it was in Greece.
Well, we're not here to create controversy. Because the objective of a good pasta is, precisely, to bring everyone together for a delicious meal. So just choose yours: there are recipes with spaghetti noodles, yakisoba, mac & cheese…
Do you only have instant noodles at home? Here are two recipes at once!
Talharim is delicious with salmon, spinach, onion and cream. Then you think: “oh no, it’s going to get a lot of dishes dirty”. None of that. This recipe uses just one pan!
Speaking of salmon, I couldn't miss it: recipe with spaghetti noodles in white sauce. Very sophisticated and very simple to prepare.
For red sauce lovers, the choice is easy. Easy to prepare, easy to eat and easy to fall in love with. It’s noodles in sausage sauce, of course!
You know that American macaroni filled with cheese? Ours is made with a secret ingredient, but we tell you: mac & cheese with fondue-ready pasta.
Okay, but do you prefer real cheese? A LOT of cheese REALLY? Then it comes: macaroni with tuna and cheese au gratin in the oven.
And of course, a recipe with yakisoba noodles couldn't be missing. It's the perfect choice to combine all the vegetables in the fridge (the famous “yakisobra”).
Extra tip: this light recipe pairs perfectly with a refreshing flavored water.

- Only add the pasta when the water is boiling;
- Always leave it on high heat, this way the water stays boiling and cooks the pasta evenly;
